A woman in an medical institution suffering from post-partum depression is forced by
nurses and doctors to break the traditional laws that govern birth. A metaphoric and
powerful tale of institutional autocracy over race and gender. Alena Tarn, born in
Indianapolis and raised in L.A., is currently writing and fundraising for her first feature.
