Moments Of Doubt is a collection of three very different short films that develop around a common theme. In “French Fries,” an awkward waitress struggles to fit into her new job despite the harassment of a very peculiar customer. The successful but lonely author in “Cow Song” longs to make reality live up to the most unlikely romantic ideals. And in “The Dictionary Artist,” a professional illustrator entertains the many ideas swimming in her head while wondering if she’ll every break out of her narrowly-defined job. From the comic to the dramatic to the surreal, these three shorts explore what happens when we find ourselves unable to identify with the everyday environments which we are told should define us.
